Bluemix registration
The activation link for the Bluemix registration take me to a page where I have to enter a credit card.
I had a Bluemix account for a previous hackathon challenge. What should I do?

Hi Rob Campanell,
Thanks for letting us know. Can you please send the activation link you're using to me at Support@Devpost.com? We'll take a look and make sure you're getting to the correct place.
Also, please send your old Bluemix ID.
Thank you!
Serena

Apart from registering for the hackathon, is there anything else I need to do to get the activation link? I never received an email with the activation link.

Hi Oshani Seneviratne,
Thanks for reaching out. You should have gotten an email from "support@devpost.com" entitled "Quick Start: Time to set up your Bluemix account - Bluemixation: Operation Rescue & Recovery" immediately after registering.
If you haven't seen it please check your spam folder. If you're still not seeing it please email support@devpost.com and we'll get you all set up!
Best,
Serena

Hello,
I used the Bluemix registration link in the email I received from devpost after registering for the hackathon; however, my Bluemix trial is only for 30 days and has not been extended for the duration of this hackathon. What should I do?
Thanks,

Hi Robert,
I'm sorry that you've had trouble with your extended registration for Bluemix. Can you please shoot me an email (support@devpost.com) with your Bluemix ID? Please note if this is a new account or a reactivation and I'll get you all set up.
Best,
Serena
